Getting ready for Oslo, all ready for my run and ready to go onto my bed but stepped on this as I picked up my pair of trainers. I was just thinking to myself "ohh cool, there's an ear ring in this bag." Afterwards, I placed it on the floor and now it's in my foot. Freaking painful right now, walking with a limp. Doesn't look good people. I can't be injured already! No WAY!!!
Maybe next time just pull it out QUICKLY!
