Madrid

Madrid is a beautiful place and a run that I will never forget. The streets of Madrid had few people, the tourists had not invaded the surrounding shops, museums and markets and I was able to run without much stopping. To be honest, I was not a leader in this trip and I did not know where I was to go. I winged my run and I guess that's the best thing about running in the a place that is the unknown. You never know what you'll discover. Clouds had formed in the sky and it had covered up the sun but it was still warm enough to put on a sweat with my thermo. The pavements of the streets were easy to run on. A lot more easier than the one in London. I was surprised to see so many runners on the street, maybe they were all getting ready for the marathan that was happening the next day.

I can't wait to do my other runs. I will be legendary :D

We were sitting down in Plaza Mayor and I think Yeekei was bored and he dared me to do something in Plaza and sponsor towards my charity. This was it!!! ENJOY!

CAN SUMO RUNNER HAVE FUN IN LONON'S ICE BAR?

This is donation video number 2. To be honest, not as funny because I didn't exactly know what music I was filming for so I couldn't really picture the storyline.

Running from Warren St to Festival Hall

My friend had got me tickets to the orchestra at the Festival Hall near the London Eye. I had worked all day long, starring at drills and laser and was pretty tired. My friend told me that it would take an hour to run from where I live to Waterloo. To be honest,  it's hard to run during peak hours. There are so many people and cars around. I had to run on the road when they traffic on the pavement was too much. It was a very nice run and I realized that I went all the way around to get to my destination. My big toe and tib ant is starting to hurt. I think I need to start warming up and cooling down and also stretch those muscles. I am not sure if there are any improvements because I don't have my smart phone anymore. Once I have it,  I will track my speed and my progress.  My next video/powerpoint will be filmed tomorrow. My sponsor is taking me to Ice bar and dinner afterwards. I don't have recorder anymore so this might an issue.

My route today:

Running during Lunch

Yesterday, I started to retrain after a good a few days off from the muscles pain I suffered from Dragon Boating. It was a really nice day and as I had a two hour lunch. I decided it would be nice to run around. I had did this run before, all of a sudden little thoughts came rushing back to me. The days when I would run around the same area when I was in University. The same area which I ran around with someone special before he left me. It was a good run even when I did 2.9 miles in 31 minutes.

My Route :D http://www.runningmap.com/?id=253567

SUMO RUNNER AT THE GYM

The task was to swim in my sumo suit but of course it's rather dangerous and I really don't want to die when my skin is nice and soft. So Kevin decided that I should go to the gym in my SUMO suit. (I thought to myself, this is easy.)

I had a lot of fun making this video. I hope that this has put a smile on everyone's faces. Yes, it is a little bit lame but in the end everyone had fun making it.

I had a few strangers from the hotel and at the gym that helped out with filming. I think people are more willing to help when they see you as some kind of exotic weirdo.

I can't wait to make more videos and share them among all of you. So please donate and I will look forward to making you all laugh again!
